To return items, please note the following:
Merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
Merchandise must be undamaged when arriving.
All returns must be made by post.
If the returned merchandise does not fit these standards, Wild Monarchy is entitled to decline a refund. Furthermore, items on sale cannot be returned. Items with ‘non-returnable’ written in their description on our site, cannot be returned.
How to return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions below:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (see shipping mail) and description of the purchased merchandise to inform us about your return.

We’ll try to refund your payment within 30 days. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund. If you think your refund is taking too long, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund both original shipping charges and shipping charges made to return the merchandise.
In case you’ve received an incorrect item, Wild Monarchy will refund the shipping charges made to return the merchandise, but not the original shipping costs. However, we will pay for the shipping costs when a new item is purchased (within 30 days).
Any possible international taxes, duties, etc. are non-refundable.
