What information do we collect?
All the information we collect is specifically asked for during your purchase and/or registration and signup for our newsletter. This way we collect your full name, phone number, shipping and billing address, and email address. When a purchase is made, we also ask for your payment method details.
What do we do with your information?
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously. Therefore, your information will be handled with extreme care and discretion. Personal information will not be forwarded or shared with any third parties, or used for promotion or marketing of any third-party service. Wild Monarchy will only use your personal data to process your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this website and our services to you. When you have signed up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you this newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe and stop receiving our newsletter in the future, you can click the ‘unsubscribe’ button. You will then receive an email that confirms that you’ve unsubscribed from our newsletter.
What about the involvement of third-party companies and sites?
As previously stated, no personal data from our customers will be shared in any way with third-party sites and companies, without approval of our customers. We may, however, include third-party links on our website. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Our services are not directed at children under age 12. Wild Monarchy nor the services do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under age 12.
Damage during transportation
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.
We accept Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and other methods.
Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. Prices are stated in EURO.
We ship worldwide. Merchandise is being shipped to the given address when the payment is successfully completed. Wild Monarchy reserves the right to decline a delivery in any case needed. When Wild Monarchy is unable to ascertain the permanent or temporary customer address, the order cannot be accepted.
Wild Monarchy does its best to ship merchandise as fast as possible. In case a delivery takes longer than expected or indicated, indemnity is not possible.
Wild Monarchy will confirm any order by email. Cancelled and/or interrupted orders are incomplete and therefor not accepted, even if the customers has received an order confirmation email. Wild Monarchy will try to contact the customers, to complete the order nonetheless.
Customers are responsible for the legal importation of the merchandise. When buying at Wild Monarchy, the customer has to meet the laws and regulation of the country of destination. The customers is also financial responsible for any given international import taxes and fees; Wild Monarchy does not control nor is responsible for these costs.
Returns and refunds
The customer reserves the right to return an item (except items on sale) within 14 days after receipt, if items are undamaged and unworn.. If the returned merchandise does not fit these standards, Wild Monarchy is entitled to decline a refund. After returning the merchandise, the purchase will be cancelled and the customer will receive his of her payment back. Wild Monarchy does not refund shipping costs. After 14 days after receipt, we cannot refund your purchase. See our return policy for more information.
After receipt and acceptation of the returned merchandise, Wild Monarchy will try to refund within 30 days. Wild Monarchy cannot be held responsible for delayed refunds.
In case of delivery of an incorrect item, Wild Monarchy will refund the merchandise cost (excluding delivery costs). When purchasing a new item, Wild Monarchy will pay for the delivery costs of this item (if purchased within 30 days).
Wild Monarchy cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation or other discomfort caused by force majeur. If Wild Monarchy is unable to deliver or refund, caused by force majeur, the customer will receive an email about this as soon as possible.
