What made you choose The Warrior?

Being a warrior is about fighting for what you want. And when you fall off the horse, you get back up and try again. I try to live my life that way and I can sure use a gorgeous crown to help me do it.

What are your thoughts on feminism?

I am an independent woman and firmly believe in equality for women. At the same time I am the kind of woman that appreciates it when a man holds the door for you or offers to help out with carrying suitcases. I like it when a gentleman treats me like a lady. Call me old fashioned but I think that’s the kind of treatment women deserve.

YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE. BE OPEN AND POSITIVE AND GOOD THINGS WILL HAPPEN.

Who would you like to crown?

Myra, my booker at Touché Model Management, deserves a crown for sure. She has been in the business for a long time. Taking care of the models and all the drama that comes with it. She’s been with me since the beginning and still hasn't given up. I love that she's always herself, very sincere and straightforward. She's my rock at the agency.

What has been your biggest life lesson?

I used to have quite some armour up and tend to keep people at a distance. Letting myself in recent years open up more to people and allowing them in has had a very positive effect on my life. I discovered that you get what you give. Be open and positive and good things will happen.

Do you have a mission in life?

I am at a stage where I am strongly focussing on discovering new passions. After working as a model for half of my life I am ready to spread my wings into new directions.

What inspires you to be a better version of yourself?

My girlfriends. I am fortunate enough to have a few very smart, talented and kind women as my friends.

When do you most feel like a woman?

The moments I show my vulnerability. When my armour is down and I show my true emotions.
